Glyndebourne Opera Festival

Glyndebourne Opera festival, primary residence of the London Philharmonic Orchester has been held annually since 1934 except in 1993 when the theatre was rebuilt. The Glyndebourne Opera under the supervision of the Christie family is particularfly known for its production of Mozart operas. The theatre has has expanded its productions over the years despite the non existence of subsidies. Performances start in the afternoon thus allowing enough time to be chauffeur-driven to this venue of spectacular operatic musicals. Those who appreciate a well put together musical prooduction will have to experience the Glyndebourne Opera Festival: Those who have been are known to re-visit this special event.
